It is relative easy to wish others well or to say you love someone else. But how many people can honestly look in the mirror and say they love themselves? Can you? Many people lack the self-confidence for this. They think they don’t deserve to be loved. Thinking they are lacking an essential quality for this.
Personal development can be a wonderful journey. There is much to learn, explore and to achieve: Personally, financially, spiritually and in the relationships with others. What if you think you cannot reach your goals? What if your personal development journey is taking up too much time, producing little or no results and giving you a headache? What if it’s becoming an obsession?
For me Conscious Living means being the director of my own life: Living my life instead of life living me. Making conscious decisions what I want to do with my life, how I want to live my life. Set the right goals and then work towards accomplishing them. It also means living with passion, doing the things that make me, and others, happy. It’s about meeting inspiring people and never stop learning.
Every person has at least one passion in their life, even if they do not know it yet. My experience is that when you are living your passion things happen with ease. You enjoy what you are doing. You’re in flow. It’s like the universe is supporting you in every possible way and with every step you take. People who have turned their passion into their career are generally very happy people.
An excellent way to get the most out of life is to set personal development goals. Surprisingly not many people set goals, or even think about what they truly want in life. But the people who do, usually are the ones who do much better compared to the people who don’t.
